Andy's weekly sessions, which always centered on my priorities and urgencies, have enabled me to enhance the way I present content to our clients, either through client visits or online PPT presentations of KPIs. I would say that not only am I more structured and more native sounding in the way I pronounce, but my clients are happier and better informed for their own decision making. I must admit I was nervous in getting involved in meetings before and found it difficult to put forward my ideas. Those feelings have long gone. Learning presentation language and impactful techniques from Andy to run in-house training workshops has improved my English, and on top of that, it has given me more self-belief. Another key aspect of my work is interviewing candidates in English. Role play within the course allows me to be fully prepared to ask the right open-ended questions. In fact now, I am even able to analyse the candidate's own use of English!

I've just been relearning English and its specific characteristics with Andy.
